1) Withdrawal & Exchanges 

Customer have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods under following conditions:

• The customer has given written notice within 14 days of receipt of the goods to [email protected] specifying the order number, product, billing information and an email address for contact.
• The withdrawal notice must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase
• The product is not used or damaged. Returns of used or damaged goods are not accepted.
• The product is in its original packaging and wrapping, as it was when received by the customer.
• The amount refunded will only include the original shipping costs if they were paid buy the buyer to the seller.
• Return of the product is responsibility of the customer. All cost to return the product, including any duties or costs related to storage shall be born by the customer.
• Refund of the amount will be initiated only after the product is received back and its condition is checked.
• Any damages to the product during shipping or handling are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the amount refunded.
• The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the product is recieved back.
• The seller is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange between date of purchase and date of return.
• All risks related to currency exchange fluctuations lie with the customer.
• Customized products or products modified to specifications of the customer are excluded form the right of return.
• Labour and installation charges are non-refundable.

2) Warranty 

Warranty is offered in accordance to the warranty terms of the respective manufacturer of the good.
